Lost Disconnection Error In Division rivals mostly VSA AND H2H

I have being face this issue for over 2 weeks now each time I get into a match i automatically get disconnected

I tried to switch from Mobile data to WiFi but im still facing same issue despite having ping ms of 76-88

Game feels unable to cope with ..Also discourages me from playing Division rivals
