Lost my entire progress in FIFA MOBILE

EA SPORTS, it is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! I have tried to log into my FIFA mobile account after 5 months of inactivity, and what do I find? I am a BEGINNER and I need to play the game from the beginning! My OVR was around 108 (I don't remember the exact OVR as I last played the game months ago

This has happened to me in the past as well. I used to play FIFA mobile regularly 2 years ago, but after a long period of inactivity, when I reinstalled the game and logged in, all my progress was GONE! 

I cannot tolerate this yet again. EA SPORTS, fix this ASAP. 

The last time I played the game, Mbappe was on face of the game. Now it is Vinicius Jr. This obviously means that the game has been updated. So, is the loss of my progress somehow related to the update? FIX THIS ERROR quickly EA SPORTS!!
