Lost my players

Hello, this morning I logged into FC Mobile and discovered that 5 of my best players are missing from my account. They were present previously and I did not delete, exchange, or use them in any SBC upgrade. Could you please investigate what happened and let me know how these players can be restored to my account? I have invested significant time and resources into building my team, and this issue is very frustrating.
