Lost URP cards after game crash

Question

I lost 8 URP cards when trying to rank up a player 2 days ago because the game crashed after I selected the cards. I didn't even confirm the upgrade, but I could no longer find the cards when I restarted the game after the crash. I contacted support and tried clearing the solutions they suggested such as clearing the game data and signing in again, but nothing worked, so I was referred here to pose my problem in order to get potential solutions. Please help.&nbsp;

@xperiafan5 i suspect that you submitted as the game crashed in the process of telling you that you were unsuccessful ... it sucks that it crashed, but if support couldn't find missing content in your game logs, then it is probably as it was going to be.

Its always worthwhile to do the full amount of cards that will give you 100 percent - then you won't ever lose any, and if there is a crash, you know that result would have absolutely been an upgraded card with no chance of having an unsuccessful attempt
