Re: Malen Bug Ruined Game
Dear EA SPORTS FC Mobile Support Team,
I am writing to report a serious issue with the Star Signings event involving the 119 OVR Malen card.
At the time of the card’s release, Malen was reportedly giving players only 500 shards instead of the expected 6,000 shards. This appears to have been a major glitch that created an unfair advantage for players who discovered it early. These players were able to repeatedly farm Malen cards, make significant profits, and accumulate millions of shards while other players did not have the same opportunity.
This situation has created a major imbalance in the game economy and is unfair to players who missed out on exploiting the glitch. Players should be rewarded for playing fairly, not disadvantaged because they did not discover a mistake in the game quickly enough.
I respectfully ask EA SPORTS FC Mobile to investigate this issue and take appropriate action to restore fairness. Possible solutions could include:
- Providing fair and meaningful compensation to players who were unable to benefit from the glitch.
- Reviewing and, where appropriate, removing the excess shards gained through the exploit.
- Offering compensation that reflects the scale of the advantage gained by players who exploited the issue.
As compensation, I would like to request a 124 OVR x3 player reward for affected players, or another substantial compensation package of comparable value.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but I hope EA will recognize the impact this issue has had on the player community and take meaningful steps to address it. A fair resolution would help restore players’ trust in the game and demonstrate that fair play matters.
Please forward this report to the appropriate development team for investigation. I would appreciate a response explaining what actions, if any, will be taken to address this issue and compensate affected players.
