A great injustice.

.Hello, I have a son with cancer. He loved playing Off-Sea Mobile. Yesterday, his account was blocked for three months because he logged into the game on two devices. This has really ruined his morale and he is very upset.     But they are indifferent. I applied. What is my sin? I played this game for months and finally it got locked.
