Match Bug - commentators speak and match doesn't load or loads a black screen

Guys, I think that I fix this error. I'm living in Brazil and I install a VPN in my cell phone and connect in a USA server, I playing now for an half hour and this error did not occur yet.

Oh for real? But is your ping low or high? I will try that...
