Missing player

I did all the signature events and I was supposed get the player called Lothar matthaus but I can’t even see him yet other players are have him already 120 level. Finished all the events started 4 weeks ago and platform was showing him as a signature event trophy but somehow it disappeared on my account and I did got all other players such.torres -lahm-kahn-Cellini and others but matthaus is nowhere to be found.this is a system issue please fix it
