Hi there, If you cannot find your player items, this could have happened for a few reasons in FC Mobile.
The most common reason is that some reserve players were accidentally used in Training, Rank Up, or Exchanges, especially if Quick Add was selected.

Make sure also to fully close and reopen the game and check that you are logged into the correct linked account.
