I bought season pass but i can not access season pass rewards.This is just unacceptable.After this I will never buy something related to you.

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your items to be reflected in game. If you still don't have your star pass by then, I'd recommend gathering your proof of purchase and reaching out to our live support team via the in-game help option.
