Missing tapjoy rewards - scam
After utilizing Tapjoy's services for over three months without incident, successfully completing over 30 offers and accruing approximately 2 million gems, I encountered a concerning situation.
Despite previous delays in customer support responses, my interactions had been generally satisfactory.
However, following the completion of approximately 12 offers, including both paid and non-paid tasks involving expenditure of time and money, I found myself abruptly banned from the platform upon seeking to claim the associated rewards.
Despite submitting all requisite evidence, including screenshots, video recordings, and pertinent account information, Tapjoy accused me of submitting fraudulent proof.
This sudden ban, coupled with the apparent refusal to honor accrued rewards, raises suspicions of fraudulent activity on the part of Tapjoy.
Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, including over 50 communications with Tapjoy's support team, no resolution has been achieved.
This situation is unacceptable, particularly considering the significant investment of both time and financial resources.
I urge for a thorough investigation and resolution of this matter by Tapjoy and relevant authorities to ensure fairness and accountability in their operations.
