More than half of my team are missing on FC mobile

Hey It's been around 2 weeks since it all started. I was just opening my game and when I looked at my players more than half of my players were missing. When I tried contacting the support , it too...

    Hey , so it was on Nov 12 when more than 200 of my players just disappeared from my team randomly. I don't how did it happen but it just did. So I contacted the support team and they told me it is a bug and report it over here. I have been going back and forth but no progress yet. Help me guys
