Re: Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

😖🌺I know that I made a mistake and caused my account to be blocked, but I only made this mistake once and I have not repeated it and will not do it again. Therefore, the penalty for the first mistake should last a maximum of 24 to 72 hours, not a week. I know that you can unblock my account in the blink of an eye and I am willing to pay a fine for the account to be opened. Please give me this opportunity.

We can't investigate ban appeals through the EA forums. If the rules were broken, then the ban would be correctly applied and wouldn't be overturned. However, if you feel there's been some sort of mix-up and you never broke the rules, you can appeal the ban, and our Terms of Service team will investigate things for you. Use these steps pinned to the top of this thread to send in your ban appeal. 🙂
