My account suspended 😔 😪

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request a review of my EA account, which has been recently suspended with the error code 0x00102710.

Because the game did not show the duration of the suspension, I am unable to understand the exact reason. Therefore, I kindly ask your team to:

    We can't check this out for you through the EA Forums, but our Terms of Service team can check this out for you if you send in a ban appeal using the steps below: 

    If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.

    1. Open the webform
    2. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
    3. Select Submit.
    4. Then select Email us.

    Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.

    Hi there. We're not able to help with banned accounts over the EA Forums. I recommend you submit a dispute so that ToS can evaluate the ban to see if it can be overturned. There are instructions for that in the article here. Thank you.
