Good morning EA Sports team, due to the new BUG that is emerging from the new FOOTYVERSE event, I want to make you aware that I have lost my THURAM GRL 113 card, from the second anniversary event, I put another card in the points exchange when it was never THURAM and it clearly said the name of the other player, but it took away my THURAM card, later when I looked for my THURAM card in my players I no longer had it, could you help me solve this problem please?
That's a shame but didn't u had thuram in Ur squad mate? Coz if in squad it shouldn't show up on exchanges or training. I always create extra lineups and put my key players into it.
Second what b7r4owv30dzg said. When you have high-end cards, it’s best to put them straight into your lineup to avoid accidentally losing them through the many ways that can happen in the game. Since you were affected by the bug, I’d suggest raising a ticket with the EA Helpdesk through the in-game menu and stating “missing content,” as it kind of falls under that category. Good luck.
Also, this is a problem when attempting to exploit what seems like a bug. You had some lower ovr that showed it can give you 10k tokens
