My wish is to recruit all of these Shanghai Port Chinese players.

I have acquired all the other Shanghai Port players. I feel good about acquiring them. But I didn't get the Shanghai Port players that I posted the trade photos for. How can I get these players? Plea...

This looks like you're just trying to purchase the rare low OVR players, you just gotta keep trying until someone sells them and you get lucky enough to buy those cards. I have not seen under 60 cards given out by the game for a long time, so there is no real solution apart from trying to purchase them until you succeed.
