My account have a bug -The players on my team don't intercept the ball

Hi! Thanks for joining our forums. Could you provide a few more details about the issue? Are your players not attempting interceptions at all, or are they trying to intercept but failing to win the ball? Does this happen in every match or only in certain game modes? When did you first notice the issue?

Also, have you already tried clearing the game cache and restarting the game?
If possible, please send us a video clip showing the issue in action. This will help us investigate further.
