network connection problem

Hello EA family, I love you all and enjoy playing FC Mobile. Unfortunately, I have a serious problem. I just bought a new phone. My Samsung Galaxy A36 has a very good internet speed, and there are no issues. However, I can't play FC Mobile in one-on-one counter attack or manager mode because I keep getting a "weak internet connection" error. I called Samsung customer service, and they said no problems were found. I called my operator's customer service, and they said all my network settings are working properly. When I browse on my phone, there's no problem. I just keep getting a "weak network connection" error in FC Mobile in one-on-one counter attack and manager modes. I can't play the game because of the network error. I really love your game and enjoy playing it. I'm really enjoying it. I kindly ask you to help me with this. This is a big problem for me.

  • I think that many people are facing this problem. Personally I have solid 5G network and many times throughout the game iam facing lags and high ping.. that didn’t happen before. So I guess it’s problem on EA side a we just have to wait on some update :)
