No reward to redeem

When I went to go to the fc mobile Website to for a redeem code I found 2 that were "Live" but when I tried to redeem. one of them was expired but on the official EA. Website it said Live which means you can still redeem....I find it unfair that They said Live when it isn't redeemable anymore, it wrong. Mind you this is the Official EA website not some dodgy scam websites @EA SPORTS I need you to please help me out my acc is Icekee please HELP ME OUT!❤️thank u
