Not being able to switch between 115 in frozen fortune picks

Good evening,

I am reporting a bug where I spent 50 fc points on the frozen fixtures picks and I got lucky with the 115. I immediately thought I got lucky but I misclicked the screen, forcing me to pick ribery even though I wanted to pick 115 Gareth bale. Could you please fix this bug and give me the 115 Gareth bale card while taking away the 115 ribery card?

You can try raising a ticket with EA Helpdesk via the in-game menu. However, historically, once you choose something, it's set in stone, and I have not seen or heard of getting cards changed later, even if players selected something in error. You'll likely have to live with 115 Ribery. Good luck tho.

Thank you for the response. The pick was glitching and forced me to pick ribery even though I didn’t want him. Could you please provide the ea helpdesk email as I would like to try and get Gareth bale and receive compensation for this glitch.

It is in the game menu..... Settings -> Customer Service
