NOT WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a major problem as I don’t use fc points to purchase my packs I rely on gems. Lately I have noticed myself getting mails saying you’ve been granted league rewards and I will get a certain amount of gems and coins I have recently noticed that the gems haven’t been going into my balance and I’m losing out on these gems I have put hard work in to earn those gems and it’s not fair just cause I don’t purchase many fc points that I should have gems taken off me I have left countless amounts of leagues to fix the problem and still no
