Pack Contents

Please help!

I'm pulling my hair out with the customer service team on ea fc mobile who in the last week have been no help at all. I just want to speak to someone who understands the basic principles of the pack system.

I have spoken to 6 different members of the team, they have been nothing short of awful.

I have the transcript and would like to make a complaint, i have asked to speak to a manager which they have ignored.

I am paying for tradable players and receiving untradables. Please help. 

Who do I need to speak to....

    This is the pack i have been buying. The first couple of attempts i got tradable players. Couple of days later o bought the same pack and its giving me reece james untradable on two occasions. Please help as the customer service in game has been shocking . They dont seem to get it.

    @furneaux82 Have you clicked the i next to OVR? What are the odds and details? I see that pack in the store and its giving out untradeable only

    I have been buying this pack since the first day of the event, specifically because it would give tradable players, untradable players are useless at this point and I have ploughed alot of money into this game.

    All other untradable packs have the double arrow emblem on the advertising screen and on each player.

    I do feel like I have been completely fobbed off, this has been going on for 10 days now, with no help. I do feel completely let down by ea as no one seems to want to look into this issue properly, and admit that there is a lack of transparency and false advertising with this particular pack, it's misleading and not clear what has been changed. There should have been a clear untradable marking on the splash screen added, just like every other pack in the game states before you buy.

    @furneaux82 no way you are getting a 99 untradeable for 500 FP - unless it is in there with like a 1% chance of getting the 99-103, while the remainder of the pack is just fodder.

    Always click the i before buying - with all these promo packs the devil is always in the detail

    Of course you can! Got a few when the pack was released. There are other packs on there for 500 points that you can get 99 tradables easily. POINTS not gems mate.
