@furneaux82 Where are you paying for tradeable and get untradeable? Any pictures, details?
This is the pack i have been buying. The first couple of attempts i got tradable players. Couple of days later o bought the same pack and its giving me reece james untradable on two occasions. Please help as the customer service in game has been shocking . They dont seem to get it.

I have been buying this pack since the first day of the event, specifically because it would give tradable players, untradable players are useless at this point and I have ploughed alot of money into this game.
All other untradable packs have the double arrow emblem on the advertising screen and on each player.
I do feel like I have been completely fobbed off, this has been going on for 10 days now, with no help. I do feel completely let down by ea as no one seems to want to look into this issue properly, and admit that there is a lack of transparency and false advertising with this particular pack, it's misleading and not clear what has been changed. There should have been a clear untradable marking on the splash screen added, just like every other pack in the game states before you buy.
