I have done it, I talked to an advisor , they told me to open a new case for them to validate my id. And I opened another one, but I didn't get any reply.
Then , I talked to an advisor on the fc mobile application using customer service - chat with us. They've told me to report it as a bug.
I have done it as well.
I humbly request the officials to let me have my gems back, I have gone through a lot to earn this, if it wasn't the case, I wouldn't be knocking here and there all the time. Please take it to your consideration.

2 years agoThis is something that will need to be handled by an advisor. There is nothing we can do over Answers HQ to help with missing content.
