Persistent Crashing Issue on EA Sports FC Mobile

Dear EA Sports Support Team,

Thank you for your continued efforts on EA Sports FC Mobile.

I am reporting a serious issue that has persisted for over two weeks and currently prevents me from playing the game at all. The app frequently freezes and crashes on my Redmi Note 11 Pro, causing loss of rewards and inability to complete daily tasks and events.

I have already tried all standard troubleshooting steps, including:

Using a stable Wi-Fi connection

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app twice

Updating both the game and device system

Confirming account linkage with EA, Facebook, Google Play, and Link

Despite these actions, the problem remains unresolved.

As a high-level player, this issue has significantly impacted my gameplay experience. I kindly request this matter be reviewed seriously and a clear solution provided as soon as possible.
