Play button not working

When I try to press play on Fc mobile, it doesn’t work. Other buttons like new division rivals doesnt work either. But when I press other buttons that isn’t the play button or new division rivals, those buttons work. When I press the play button, I see the animation and the sound for when I press it but it doesn’t work. Is there any way to fix this?
