Player randomly became UNTRADABLE

Hello my ST Crespo has randomly become untradable and even after taking him, my badges and other things he still has randomly recieved the untradable symbol

My commentary keeps on deleting after I have finished downloading it
When ever I exit the app the next time I open I find out my commentary has been deleted so I have to download it again which is not fair because at first it was not like that
