Players don't accelerate in Face to Face

Hello EA team, I had a big problem with the operation, my se that every time I play face to face my players don't accelerate while I touch the acceleration, and they are almost at the max, And also for techniques and gestures, and the referee who always gives me fouls but not my opponent, and sometimes the opponent makes me fall the foul falls on me, rarely that my opponent had a foul. At first I thought that the problem was coming from my phone (redmi 13c) So I change the phone whose purpose is to solve the problem but it didn't work, because of this I can't progress in the game, please try to fix the problem because you are the only ones who can do it 🙏
