There isn't a way to change your username in FC Mobile at the moment, but we have name changing as part of the new season and players will get a free token on the 26th

I would like to request a free name change for my FC Mobile account. Unfortunately, I accidentally set my in-game name incorrectly, and I would really appreciate the chance to update it.
Since I am unable to change it without FC Points, I was wondering if you could grant me a one-time name change as an exception. I have been enjoying the game a lot and would love to continue playing with a name that better represents me.
