How.can I talk to a real person to get a problem resolved. My issue happened at 8pm on November 10th, the very first agent was extremely helpful and was able to confirm what I was seeking g help for and asked if fc points would be an acceptable way of compensation, I responded and I was already transferred to a nee agent. Had to explain everything again send screenshot a from previous agent showing problem was almost resolved but got transfer. Every single day I went to check on the chat on the app and everyday day (no exaggeration) I had to deal with a new agent until today. Today's agent wad super disrespectful and had no idea what I was there for. His message literally said. " sorry this isn't good will, we don't give stuff out to broke people" and closed the chat. Today is day 9. And I just want to talk to real person. Is there any way I can deal with a real person. And no I'm not looking for any hand out or anything for free. To tuch on problem really quick , Sunday 7pm my balance of daily tokens was 17300, after the daily reset at 8pm I exchanged 2 96+ players and 2 99+ players. Went to extra time to purchase a promo pack and it shows my balance at 17300. Hence looking for help, Qaiser the first agent was able to find out there was a problem and it shows that I WAS NOT AWARDED THE 7900 FROM that days exchanges. I can't get any one to help me,, it's the principality of th issue , I just need to talk to a real person. Who can resolve the issue
