Please kindly help me with this

Every time I try to play this game, I get stuck at this point. I’ve tried reinstalling and uninstalling the game multiple times, but the same problem persists. I’ve also cleared the cache, but it’s still the same issue. I can’t seem to get past it, which means I can’t play the game.
