Premium Event Pass wont let me claim rewards

i already bought star pass commeboll pele but i cant claim

I bought the event pass and i got the first 3 rewards then i did the skill games and matches tody after the daily reset and i only the got normal pass rewards not the star pass and it says i need to buy it again 

same me also got the problem star pass
