Premium Event Pass wont let me claim rewards

The same thing happened to me I spent 20 dollars got the event pass and used some of the fifa points and my gems to buy 10 expecting a free pack everyday but that didn’t happen and I can’t claim my rewards for the event pass besides the ones I had before purchasing

If you continue running into issues with claiming Event Pass rewards, please let us know the following:

• Player ID (Select the setting icon > UID):
• Which Reward(s) are you unable to claim? 
• Are you getting an error message? 
• What Device (make/model) are you using?
• If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip of the issue...
• Are you on Wifi or Cell data when playing FC Mobile?
• Please share any other information that might be helpful.

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.
