How do I get a refund, I've purchased a premium starpass but they gave me 10 drafts only I've attached screenshots as proof

I don't quite understand. You're at level 1 of the pass, and you got the premium track content. What's the issue here exactly? You need to progress through the pass to get the other rewards.
