Prize not received
I have a problem: I bought 5 packs from the "The World's Game" store, but the free England national team Pro packs didn't unlock. What can I do?
Sometimes it takes time before the store resyncs. Wait 24 hours and check again. If still not there after the next reset, raise a ticket via the in-game menu stating "missing paid for content". Either way, not something forums can really help with.
