Re: FC Mobile 60/90/120 FPS or graphics settings unavailable on specific devices

EA SPORTS FC Mobile seriously needs to fix its device optimization system.

I am using a Redmi Note 14S (Helio G99 Ultra, 12GB RAM, 120Hz display) — a device that is more than capable of running high-performance gameplay.

Yet the game forces:

- LOW graphics only

- FPS locked at 60 (no 90/120 option)

- No access to higher visual settings

Meanwhile, the hardware clearly handles far more demanding games smoothly.

This is not a hardware limitation — this is a poor device whitelist/optimization system from EA.

It is unacceptable in 2026 that mid-range and even capable devices are artificially restricted by missing performance profiles.

EA needs to:

- Update device support list faster

- Enable proper FPS scaling (60/90/120) for capable hardware

- Stop locking graphics based on incomplete device profiling

Many players are experiencing the same issue, and it is hurting the gameplay experience.
