Worlds game tournament

Hello, I’m on an iPhone 13 and I can’t load into FC mobile’s The World’s Game tournament as it will show a 0x00003E8 download error and redirect me back to menu. I have tried reinstalling the game, setting to lowest quality but it doesn’t work. How to troubleshoot?
