Problem with FC mobile

Hello EA Support,

I'm experiencing a matchmaking issue in FC Mobile. Since the day after the Ballon d'Or event began, I haven't been able to play Division Rivals or any other PvP matches. Every time I try to find an opponent, matchmaking fails after about 29 seconds.

All other online features work normally, and I'm playing on Wi-Fi. Could you please help me fix this issue?
