Problem with the captcha

I'm trying to redeem an FC MOBILE code, but I can't because the captcha verification isn't showing the image.

    Hey j817y814sw8j​. Have you tried opening the page in a different web browser? Also, are you trying to redeem it from a mobile device or a PC?
