Problems with Country Settings

hi..i play fc mobile..i want to buy the star pass..but i can not make any purchase..the game keeps telling me to check my country settings..

my EA account country settings: Indonesia

my google play country settings: Indonesia

and i am currently playing in Indonesia

please help..

i've tried buying some other items in game..but still can't make any purchase..

i have tried contacting customer service in game..but doesn't resolve the problem..

i have tried uninstall and re-install the game..tried clearing game cache..but the result still the same..

i think it started to happen after i created an EA account and linked it to my game account..

i hope EA can check into my account and resolve the problem..
