Can't play division rivals or Play matches with my friends

When I want to play all the division rivals its either it tells me that "you have lost connection to our server please log in again"😭 and when login again it tells me the same thing or it tells me about network issues when my network is good😣😭 please help me eafc managers because I don't know what to do now 😢🙏💔
