Promotion reward
I reached Head to Head World Class 1 division and i did not received the 5000 competitive point to exchange them at the division rivals reward store. I just have 10 days to make something with those rewads I have not received.

- @ptmlgd686z8l If you previously were in that rank you can not claim the promotion reward again. Only once in the whole game
It is the first time i reach this cups.
- @ptmlgd686z8l Try contacting customer service in game and note you have missing rewards
already did and got ignored, like for a week from now.

- @ptmlgd686z8l The 5000 is the end of season reward, not the promotion reward … that is on the promotion tab
