Purchase Issue – ₹99 Transaction Deducted but No Reward Received

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to report an issue with an in-game purchase I made in EA Sports FC Mobile. While the payment was successfully processed, I have not received the corresponding in-game item.

Issue Description
On February 27, 2025, I attempted to purchase an in-game item worth ₹99 using a Google Play redeem code. The payment was successfully deducted from my Google Play balance, and I received a confirmation from Google Play regarding the transaction. However, despite this, the purchased item has not been credited to my game account.
I have already tried restarting the game, checking my in-game mail, and ensuring my internet connection is stable, but the issue persists.
Requested Resolution
I kindly request you to investigate this matter and either credit the missing item to my game account or initiate a refund for the deducted amount.
