Re: Cant link FC Mobile account to EA account

I linked my account in the game FC MOBILE, but when I log into my EA account on the official website, I can't find the game or purchase records. Additionally, when I visit http://redeem.fcm.ea.com, it shows the message: 'This EA Account is not currently linked to an FC Mobile Account.'

Can you confirm it shows linked to an EA account in your in-game settings? If so I would recommend contacting our support to take a look at your account.

Is there any chance that I can contact a real person to assist with my linking issue, like a email address I can contact with, robot chat machine can’t solve my problem, thanks.
