    Hi, thanks for responding to my problem,

    firstly I have tried all the things suggested and nothing is working, secondly I had a response from your customer services and they informed me that there were other users who are experiencing the same problem, so I am certain that it is at your end and not mine.

    this is not an uncommon occurrence with this game, there have been numerous times during my playing of fifa mobile (as it was then) when similar things have happened, black screen, frozen screen, non responsive controls and things like that, so I’m pretty certain that the problem is with the game, so please don’t ask me to recheck all the things that you listed again, my internet is fine, my wi-fi is fine, my speed is fine, everything is fine at my end, I can play other games, download apps and everything is fine, all I want is that you sort this problem out as I am losing out on a lot of rewards from the champions league event, if this is not repairable then some compensation is the least I should receive, thank you Trev.

    would it be possible to get a bit more information about this?

    • Player ID (Select the setting icon > UID):
    • What Device (make/model) are you using?
    • Can you play other modes?
    • When did this start?
    • Do you have any device or app updates pending?
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    • Is there any other information that might be helpful?

    This problem has been sorted out now, I appreciate your help and understanding.

    as far as I am aware the problem was at your end and nothing to do with me, 

    as far as the information that you wanted prior to this problem being resolved 

    wouldn’t have been much use to me or you, why would my user ID help resolve anything 

    and how would a black screen shot help you and knowing when the problem started was when I contacted you.

    i did say that your customer service people told me other users were experiencing the same problem which obviously 

    indicates there was a problem at your end with the champions league event, I’m sure you already knew there was a problem with it

    anyway, fortunately it’s been resolved so let’s hope that from now on there are no more glitches (I won’t hold my breath) thanks Trev.

  • Hi everytime I play champions league in EA24 Mobile version it says no connection. The first game I've tried and it says the same thing yet I have a strong connection
