Re: FC Mobile 60/90/120 FPS or graphics settings unavailable on specific devices

 Hello EA FC Mobile Team,

I would like to report a compatibility issue with the Infinix Hot 50 Pro 4G.

Device information:

• Device: Infinix Hot 50 Pro 4G
• Model: X6881
• Chipset: MediaTek Helio G100
• GPU: Mali-G57 MC2
• RAM: 8 GB
• Android 14
• Display: 120 Hz
• Vulkan 1.1 supported
• OpenGL ES 3.2 supported

The game only allows Standard FPS. The High and Ultra FPS options are locked with the message:

"Currently not supported by your device or display."

However, this device supports 120 Hz, Vulkan, and has hardware capable of running the game at 60 FPS. Other less powerful devices can access High FPS without issues.

I have already:

• Updated the game to the latest version.
• Updated Android.
• Enabled 120 Hz refresh rate.
• Cleared the game cache.
• Used Performance/Game Mode.

The problem persists.

Please review the compatibility profile for the Infinix Hot 50 Pro (X6881), as it appears to be incorrectly classified as unsupported.
