@dy0v95kvhtv0 Ok - so there is a visual bug where after it has been claimed, if you scroll back through the rewards it looks like it hasn’t been claimed.

If you are sure that you have not already claimed it, then contact customer service and tell them that you have rewards claimed but not received - they can go back and check your game logs to see if you have claimed it already.
