Hello ea, started new account but game frozen cant play

Hello I tried to play when you start a new account but its fully frozen so I cant play on it with the first match VS your rival I picked real Madrid so I need to VS atlethico Madrid so can you fix it pls username HALAMADRID il also show a video for more help
