@mendozzamagic Don't think that happened either, I checked 10 minutes before the reset and I was still in FC Champion.

Nope. Division ranks in Manager Mode works different-from FC Champion rank game demote You to Legendary I if You will be outside top1000 after daily reset time, till this time no matters how many games You lost or win.
Main problem it is that division seasson reset finish 10 hours earlier and game shows that You will be in FC Champion mode still for next 10 hours but in moment when seasson restart-game first demote You to rank Legendary I and after that give rewards for lower rank although to the last second game show You are in FC Champion rank.
You can see this in screen from prevoius seasson which i added.

@IronFCmobile @IronFCmobile Thank you for bringing up the main problem which is definitely not on the user side. We are shown that we will not be demoted for the next 10 hours and if the reset time is before that, given the details, the only knowledge we have is that we will not be demoted and even the rewards section shows that we will be receiving rewards for FC Champion until right before the reset. How are the users supposed to be aware of something which is not evident? Also, if the information was provided correctly, I had enough time in my hands once I reached FC Champion to get to top 1000 but that wasn't the case.

You get the points for where you finish, not where you were reset to … everyone gets reset to the same level in MM

If you have dropped out of the top 1000 at the time of sending, you get Legend 1 rather than FC, it doesn’t matter that the timers are slightly out, only the top 1000 when the season timer resets end up with end of season FC rewards in Manager mode

But where is information that we will be demoted when season end? We have only one info-"You'll be demoted if your Ranking goes below 1000 after 10 hours"- I repeat- "...AFTER 10 HOURS" not when season reset. Why You (EA) not just say-sorry, it was our mistake, we will send you rewards which you earn for achieve FC Champion and we correct wrong info in game for next season?

@IronFCmobile Exactly! Be clear and mention that the top 1000 will receive FC Champion rewards. The game can't show us till the last moment that we'll be receiving FC Champion rewards and after the reset only give us Legendary 1 rewards.

@IronFCmobile It’s not unclear - if you are out of the top 1000 at the end of the day or at the time that the season ends, you are not in FC - the issue you are complaining about is the season ending at a different time to the daily reset, but again that is also clear.

It’s how it has worked since Managed Mode was introduced, it’s not a bug, it’s not a mistake, it’s just as simple as that.
