For missing players I would recommend reaching out to support, to confirm if is it the player you are ranking up that is missing.

- @c7c0130bb2d911e0 So, you're not missing anything. You need to learn about ranking. At the left bottom part of your picture you see percentage of ranking success. If you use less players then required for 100% success you risk rank up failure and you lose the player you put in.
